Important - Self rating scale and supportive information packs must be completed and returned at least three days prior to the DIVA-5 assessment interview.

Full Adult DIVA-5 assessment and report - £300.00

Adult ADHD likelihood interview - £50.00

(This interview it to assess the likelihood of having ADHD to help decide if the DIVA-5 assessment is right for you)

Cancelations within 72 hours of assessment will incur a £30 late cancelation fee.
